Our FS-20 PLUS hydraulic juice press is the enhanced successor to the now-retired FS-20 model, offering a significant upgrade over our FS-12 model. It’s our most compact cold press yet, featuring an integrated shredder and boasting the ability to produce between 20-30 gallons of juice every hour.

Despite its small footprint, it remarkably manages to output up to 30 gallons per hour. We’ve also upgraded the pressing plates from the FS-20’s 10 x 10 inches to 15 x 15 inches in the FS-20 PLUS, boosting our production capacity by over two times.

This press is a powerhouse, ready to churn out hundreds of bottles of cold-pressed juice daily, handling a wide variety of produce from vegetables and fruits to leafy greens and nuts seamlessly.

The FS-20 PLUS meets all necessary certifications to satisfy health department standards, making it an ideal choice for juice bars, health food stores, juice cleanse operations, and other small to medium-sized juicing endeavors.

Despite its compact design, the FS-20 PLUS doesn’t skimp on power or efficiency. It’s equipped with a 3 HP motor and exerts a squeezing force of 12,400 lbs, ensuring maximum juice extraction with less than 1% solids, eliminating the need for additional filtering.

Its innovative vertical squeezebox design guarantees even pressure, ensuring gentle extraction that preserves the quality of the juice by preventing overheating and cellular damage.

It boasts a wash-down design for easy cleaning, an electropolished surface for simple maintenance, wavy pressing plates for even force distribution, and dual emergency stop buttons for safety.

The shredder benefits from an added bearing and an 11 lb disc plate for enhanced stability and reduced motor load, with all controls conveniently located on a unified panel.
