Atosa’s Cookrite ATCM-36 Cheese Melter Char Rock Broilers have a durable corrosion-resistant stainless steel structure which is very easy to clean. The melter features two high efficiency ceramic infrared burner with standby pilots for quick and even heating as well as independent manual controls to save energy. Cookrite ATCM-36 Cheese Melter uses natural or LP gas and has a 3/4 NPT rear gas connection and regulator. The grease pan is removable. Mounting kits are available to save kitchen space
All Atosa Cookrite units are ETL and NSF certified and are covered with a 1-Year Parts and Labor Warranty.
