Following a thorough quality check, eggs proceed to a separator that adeptly divides yolks from whites, showcasing the pinnacle of hygienic egg-breaking technology pioneered by OVO-TECH.

Equipped with dual operating speeds, fast and slow, the RZ-0 also features an automatic cleaning function for its pneumatic system, streamlining the egg-breaking process.

It comes integrated with the VEL-15 vacuum egg lifter, capable of transporting 15 eggs simultaneously, enhancing efficiency.

Designed for daily processing of up to 16,000 eggs, optimal separation results are achieved when eggs are cooled to below 14°C (57°F) beforehand. For ensuring the best quality, we suggest conducting a simple egg quality test before breaking.
