ITV Ice Queen Flake Ice Production
The Ice Queen ice maker series produce granular ice with a vertical cylindrical evaporator and high resistance spindle. In addition to the traditional uses of this ice in the food and sanitary sectors, granular ice is used at spas and in therapeutic treatments and laboratories.
The ice made with ITV Ice Queen ice makers can be of two types: Diamond ice or dry granular ice produces on models IQ45C and IQ85C, is specially designed for cocktails; Wet granular ice, produced by the rest of the ice makers in the Ice Queen range, has a larger percentage of moisture, which is perfect for supermarkets, fish transportation, fruit and vegetables, as well as industrial applications in the food sector.
The oversized condenser is optimal for hot climates in both refrigeration by air and by water versions. The ice manufacturing system is simple, reliable, and without electronics, prepared for areas with calcareous water and difficult working conditions. The body is all stainless steel AISI 304 easily detachable. The ICE-QUEEN machine comes complete with a water filter, shovel and ice distributor “in situ”. In both versions it is manufactured to 220v/50 and 220v/60 and triphase 380 V.

SECURITY CONTROLS: The machine is protected to avoid failures caused by gearbox motor temperature, water level, or ice level, besides a defrost time delay.
ELECTROMECHANICAL CONTROLS: The machine works with electromechanical timer and thermostats. Simple, easy to comprehend and service. High reliability and low maintenance expense.
EASY ACCESS FOR SERVICE AND INSTALLATION: Designed to have better access to all components making installation and servicing operations easier. One person can disassemble the entire machine with a basic screwdriver.
OPERATING LIMITS: Tropicalized machines (Class T); Suitable for high temperature environments of 109ºF (43ºC). Water pressure ice maker: Min. 10 psi. (0.7 bar.)/ Max. 85 psi. (6 bar.). NOTE: Install a pressure reducer if water inlet pressure is more than 85 psi. (6 bar.).
